Femke van Arnell

Femke van Arnell was sired by the beautiful Tsjitse 387 who's sire, Brandus 345 became Prefererent on his offspring at the end of 2013. Paike T (star) is the dam of Tsjitse and a daughter of Djurre 284. His dam Wijkje (model, preferent) is a most famous Friesian dam, being the dam of popular studbookstallion Tsjerk 328 Preferent as well.

Combining these inflential bloodlines with the dam of Femke, Magda van Smitsvlei (KFPS stam 235), a lovely daughter of Brun Vb with a beautiful head, resulted in a blend of the best Friesian blood and charateristics. Femke has flowing movement, grace and a docile nature.

Her grandsire, Beake Vb (sire of Bekkie, the dam of Magda) also came from a remarkable female line (stam 61). Winner of several awards, Rolanda, the famous dam of Beake Vb was also the grand dam of Lawine (the dam of studbook stallion Tamme 276, who sired the preferent Leffert 306). Both Brun and Beake had outstanding characters.
